What We Do
Projects & Programs That Change Lives
Every Suntakul Foundation project begins with a community telling us what it needs. From ginger seed for
hill farmers in Bhojpur to Dhol for the cultural custodians of Halesi Tuwachung, our work is small,
practical and built to last after we leave. Below are the initiatives we are running today, grouped by
the programme areas that guide our planning.
How We Choose Projects
Proposals reach us through local clubs, schools and ward offices. We visit, listen and verify the need on
the ground before a single rupee is committed. Priority goes to projects a community can sustain on its
own within two years, that reach households outside the district headquarters, and that a local partner
is willing to co-own.
How We Measure Impact
We record a baseline before work starts and revisit at six and twelve months. For education we track
enrolment and retention, for agriculture the change in household yield and income, for health the number
screened and referred onward. Every completed project is reported publicly with its cost, its reach and
what we would do differently next time.
